Our latex pillow is washable. Keep your inner pillowcase with the pillow and put it in the laundry bag. Please do not refer to other brands of latex pillows as the technology is not the same.
- Within a week of receiving the pillow，open the plastic wrap and remove the pillows.
- It would be better to leave the pillow in a dry and ventilated place for 1-2 days.
- Natural latex pillow have a little natural rubber smell, but it is harmless to human body, the smell will fade away in the air.
The pillow does not emit any odour. There may be a hint of a natural latex scent initially, but it dissipates quickly. Proper ventilation will help to accelerate the process.

Finally sleeping better.. Glad I took a chance on a latex pillow as it's really working for me.. It's just a shame that it was out of stock and I didn't get it until a long time after the mattress pad came. At the end of the day I'm happy with my purchase.
The pillows are not firm enough
I ordered a pair in queen/firm. As that was the only option in that size. I found the shape offered great neck support for me as a side-sleeper. Unfortunately, I found the latex to be too firm. My head only sank about 20% into the total depth of the pillow. I returned them for the standard shape, queen Talalay pillows in med/soft.
I have no end to issues with my neck and shoulders. I am a big fan of latex pillows and they have helped significantly but I haven't found any with a more squared design, loft or firm until this one. I can move it from lower to higher side, turn it from flat to contour, and get a beautiful night's sleep. I'm in love with this pillow!! I can make changes according to what my body says is comfortable.
The packaging is actually quite beautiful.It is so comfortable very supportive, and the quality is great.
